National Stop the Bleed Month is composed of volunteers from all over the United States and around the world helping to organize bleeding control education.
National Board
Chairman: Andrew Fisher, MD, LP – Dr. Fisher is a decorated military medical professional and renowned advocate of out-of-hospital medicine.
Operations: Max Dodge, BS, NRP – Mr. Dodge is a former Army medic, a paramedic, and a passionate teacher of emergency medical care.
International Coordination: Brandon Carius, D.Sc., PA-C – CPT Carius is an Army physician assistant and prolific publisher of research related to emergency medicine.
Board Member: Eric Soderlund – Officer Soderlund is a law enforcement professional dedicated to ensuring his officers are trained and ready to save lives when needed.
Board Member: Dominic Thompson, NRP – MSG Thompson is an Army medic and passionate educator who has devoted his career to teaching others how to provide emergency medical care under challenging conditions.
Board Member: HR Montgomery – Mr. Montgomery is a founding member of the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care, the organization from which many of the present-day bleeding control practices were adopted.
